You are about to witness the fruits of the most FUN labor ever! I guess that’s a strange way to put it. Oh well! I had the greatest time photographing this sweet couple this week. This session was definitely a break from the normal portrait sessions I do! Sarah really really really wanted a shoot with these neat colored powders from India (Holi powder), so she ordered some and we got it done. Seriously, this was fun. Did I mention it was FUN? I seriously loved photographing this sweet little guy and his gorgeous momma! She had the typical mom problem – no photos of just herself and her little man, so we fixed that. The camera loved them, and we got some awesome shots! I hope you truly love the photos, Mary!
I had the absolute pleasure of photographing some talented local photographers and their precious young family! Elisa and I are in a local women’s photog group together (her husband is not a member for obvious reasons…) and it’s been a joy getting to know her over the past few months. It was a beautiful evening for photos – not too hot, not too muggy, and definitely not too cool. The light was gorgeous and so were they! After our shoot, I got to run around the park with her two sweet children, pretending to be Peter Pan and Wendy, fighting Captain Hook and cooking berries over a campfire! Thank you for the privilege of photographing your family, ya’ll! I hope you are thrilled with these photos for years to come.
